Costs,
from overhead to fuel, will continue to rise. As a result, businesses
are faced with a new challenge: combat rising costs while increasing
their profit margins. Those that find the greatest success
are turning to new ways of increasing their profit margins and looking
to reduce cost across the boards. RSI strives to keep up with clients
ever changing needs and has made in house customized training available
via Real Time Video Conferencing, webcast, and webinars.
These technologies will allow RSI and its clients
to enjoy the same type of interaction that is found in RSI's live
seminars and courses while providing flexibility for client’s
instructional needs. The courses use Microsoft® Power Point
and are interactive. All students can interact with each other and
the instructor in much the same manner as in a conventional classroom.
As OSHA dictates in 29 CFR Part 1910.268 (c) that where training
is required, it shall consist of on-the-job training or classroom-type
training or a combination of both, the fact that RSI's technology
is interactive will meet that requirement for specific types of
custom in-house training programs.
