“RF Site Safety Awareness”™
training course provides information of accountability and responsibility
for a safe work site. This training is recommended in order to understand
FCC and OSHA policies and inform employees regarding radiofrequency
radiation and other safety issues. RSI uses real world examples
and experience to bring these issues into focus with appropriate
work practices for the student’s understanding. This is the
first stepping stone for being incompliance with FCC and OSHA regulations.
“RF Train the Trainer™” course
is what your organization needs in order to competently administer
policies and train employees in industry safety issues. In addition
to meeting RF site safety requirements, the course meets the criteria
for the OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Outreach Training course.
After completion, this three-day course allows the attendee to demonstrate
the ability to train employees in a variety of subjects. RSI requires
attendance at a “RF Site Safety Awareness” seminar within
the previous 12 months as a prerequisite to this seminar.
“Advanced RF Train the Trainer” course
is a one-day “intensive” course devoted to advanced
training that not only allows the company to authorize an in-house
trainer, but also includes training materials, class customization,
individualized teaching techniques and required documentation to
meet OSHA’s 29 CFR §1910.268 Telecommunications Standards.
The curriculum is designed to update training credentials for “RF
Train the Trainer?” graduates and give attendees necessary
training assistance. Experienced instructors will demonstrate how
to utilize behavioral based training techniques to teach safe work
practices.
"Telecom Construction Safety™”
course will provide the attendee with a thorough understanding of
the requirements of the various safety issues that OSHA has recently
concentrated on. This course is meant for all employees that install
wireless systems, construct towers, and perform maintenance or any
other activities that can take place at telecommunications sites.
This course will emphasis on those safety hazards that are common
at rooftop or tower communications sites.
“Corporate Compliance and Accountability”™
training is recommended for executive management of large corporations
including legal council and risk management personnel. As management
it is your duty to understand all policies that have been allocated
by your corporation and ensure those policies are implemented correctly
through-out the workforce.
